How fast do I get my code?

Codes are delivered instantly — usually within seconds of your payment being confirmed. You'll see them on the success page and they're also emailed to you and saved in your account → My orders.

I lost my code. Can I get it again?

Yes — every code you've ever bought is in your account at /account/orders. Click any paid order to view its codes again. You can also re-download the PDF receipt.

My code isn't working.

First check the region — many codes are region-locked (PSN US, PSN UK, etc.). If the region matches, contact support via WhatsApp with a screenshot of the error and your order number. We replace verified faulty codes within 24 hours.

Can I get a refund?

Because game codes are digital and revealed instantly, we don't refund after delivery. The exception is verified faulty codes (replaced) and orders we cancelled before delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.

What payment methods can I use?

Visa & Mastercard via Paymob (3D-secure), Meeza, Fawry, Vodafone Cash (with auto-confirmation), Orange Money, and your Gamesawy wallet balance.

How do I top up my wallet?

Go to /account/wallet, click Reload, pick an amount, and pay. Topped-up balance shows instantly for card payments and within a minute for Vodafone Cash.

Is my card safe?

We never see or store your card details. Card data goes straight from your browser to Paymob (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified) — Gamesawy only receives a payment confirmation.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in page click "Forgot password" — we email a reset link valid for 30 minutes. If you signed up via Google / Discord / Facebook, just sign in with that provider instead; you don't have a password to reset.

How do I enable two-step authentication?

Open /account/security → 2-Step Authentication, scan the QR with Google Authenticator or 1Password, and confirm. You'll get 10 backup codes — save them somewhere safe (we let you download a PDF).

How do I delete my account?

Go to /account/delete. Note: we keep order records for 7 years as required by Egyptian tax law, but your personal info and wallet balance are removed immediately.

How do I earn Gamesawy Points (GP)?

You earn 1 GP per 1 EGP spent on any paid order (digital codes, wallet top-ups, gift cards, boosting). Points show up in your account within seconds of the order being marked paid.

How do I redeem my points?

Open the /rewards page — every product there has a "GP price" you pay instead of money. Example: 60 PUBG UC = 200 GP. The code is delivered the same way as a paid order.

Do GP expire?

No — your GP balance never expires.

Rank boosting

How does rank boosting work?

You pick your current and target rank on /boosting/<game>, pay, and submit your account login. The login is AES-256 encrypted before storage. A trusted booster claims your job, plays to your target rank, and posts progress screenshots. You confirm completion (or auto-confirms after 24h) and the booster gets paid.

Will my account get banned?

Riot's ToS technically forbids boosting, so the risk isn't zero. Our boosters use region-matched residential proxies and our historical ban rate is under 0.5%, but don't use this on accounts you can't afford to lose.

How do I become a booster?

Apply at /booster/apply — upload screenshots of your current rank, list your games, and we review within 24-48 hours. Boosters keep 70% of every job they complete.
