What we collect

• Account: email, name, hashed password (or OAuth identifier from Google/Discord).
• Orders: products purchased, amounts, payment method, delivered codes.
• Wallet: balance, top-up history, payment provider transaction IDs.
• Technical: IP address, browser type, page views (for security + analytics).

How we use it

• To deliver your codes and process payments
• To send order confirmations and receipts
• To detect fraud and abuse
• To comply with Egyptian tax and consumer protection law

Who we share it with

We share minimum-necessary data with:

• Payment processors (Paymob, Vodafone Cash) — to charge you
• Email service (Resend) — to deliver receipts
• Hosting (Vercel, Neon) — to run the site

We never sell your data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies (sign-in session) and a preference cookie (your selected display currency). No third-party tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can request your data, correction, or deletion by contacting us via /contact. Deletion may take up to 30 days and we retain records of completed orders as required by Egyptian commercial law.

Security

Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Payments use HTTPS end-to-end. We do not see or store full card numbers — Paymob handles that.
