1. What we sell

We sell digital game cards, gift codes, in-game currency (PUBG UC, Free Fire diamonds, etc.) and other prepaid digital products. All codes are delivered electronically — no physical shipment.

2. Account

You must be 18+ (or have parental consent) to make purchases. You're responsible for keeping your password and wallet balance secure. We are not liable for losses from a compromised account.

3. Payment

We accept Visa/Mastercard via Paymob, Vodafone Cash, and wallet balance. All prices are in EGP (Egyptian Pounds) unless otherwise displayed; the on-site currency switcher converts at live FX rates for display only — the charge is in EGP.

4. Delivery

Codes are delivered instantly to your account after successful payment. You can view them at /account/orders and download a PDF receipt.

5. Code validity

We source codes from official suppliers. If a code does not work, contact support within 24 hours of purchase with the unredeemed code and order number; we will verify and replace or refund.

6. Refunds

7. Prohibited use

• Reselling codes commercially without our written permission
• Using fraudulent payment methods (charges back result in account ban)
• Sharing your account with others

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the disputed order.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
