Refund Policy

Because digital codes are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once revealed, our refund policy is strict but fair.

When you can request a refund

  • The code does not work — and you contact us within 24 hours of purchase with the unredeemed code, a screenshot of the error, and the order number.
  • Duplicate charge — if you were charged twice for the same order.
  • Wallet top-up that did not credit — if your VF Cash or Paymob payment succeeded but your wallet balance did not update within 1 hour.

When refunds are NOT available

  • You already revealed or redeemed the code (this counts as "consumed")
  • You changed your mind
  • The code works but the platform (PSN, Xbox, etc.) banned your account
  • More than 24 hours have passed since purchase

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are credited back to:

  • Wallet payments: refunded to wallet within 24 hours
  • Vodafone Cash: refunded to wallet (transfer fees prevent direct reversal)
  • Card (Paymob): refunded to the original card within 5–10 business days

Email or message us via /contact with: order number, the code (if applicable), and a description of the issue.

Disputes

If we cannot resolve your issue, you may escalate to the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency.
